Returns/Exchanges

We want you to love your Donahugh! If you are not satisfied with your purchase here is what you need to know:

• Non-prescription products including jewellery can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase
• prescription products are also eligiable for return. The frame amount can be 100% refund while 50% of prescription lenses cost gonna be removed since prescription lenses are custom made.
• Items purchased on our clearance sale page are not eligible for returns or exchanges
• Items must be unworn (a quick try on is fine of course), in the state you received them, and in the original packaging
• Please note that the original shipping fee of $7.5 is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee applies.
• Return items must be sent back within 10 days of initiating your return with the label provided.
• buy one get one items and 50%（and above) discount items are not eligible for return unless quality issue
